United States Veteran Edward Douglas Smith

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Edward Douglas Smith.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, 11:00AM at Oakgrove Baptist Church, located at 1400 Dunbar Road, Byron, Georgia 31008. Reverend Rufus Pearson, Jr. is the Pastor and will serve as the Eulogist.  Interment Services will follow at Oakgrove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Smith leaves to cherish his loving memories, wife, Jeanette Smith; son, Enzol Smith; daughter, Stephanie Davis; grandchildren, Demitri Davis, Dontravious Morris, Jade Smith and Rajah Smith; siblings, Bobbie Hood, Maylene (Columbus Jr.) Morton, Loretta (Darion) Mitchell, Roosevelt (Jewel) Crawford, Larry Smith, Lorenzo Crawford and Anthony (Theresa) Smith; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home, located at 4000 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
