Robinson Funeral Home, located at 2550 Shurling Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211.  Reverend Dr. Henderson Carswell pastor of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church will Officiate and serve as the Eulogist

Mr. Phelts leaves to cherish his loving memories: a devoted wife, Shondria Phelts, six children, Quantez Phelts, Keontae Phelts, Daniel Phelts, Jayden Phelts, Riley Phelts and Marley Phelts; parents, Richard E. Phelts, Sr and Beverly E. Phelts; two brothers, Ronnie (Tiffany) Springer and Kyle Johnson and host of other relatives, and friends.  Public viewing will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home located 2550 Shurling Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211. Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
