It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Mitchell Brinkley, Jr.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 11:00AM in the chapel of Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home located at 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206. Pastor Joel Chambliss will serve as the Eulogist.

Mitchell was born on December 23, 1948, in Macon, Georgia to the parentage of the late Mrs. Daisy King-Brinkley and Mr. Mitchell Brinkley Sr.

 An overall provider to not only family and friends but also anyone he saw in need when he could.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memories his beloved wife of 45 years, Sandra Sample-Brinkley; his children, Sonia Brinkley Shinholster, Derek Brinkley, LaShonda Brinkley (Antonio Briggs), Mitchell Brinkley III and Michael Antonio Brinkley; host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home located 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206. Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
