LaVonia (Reeves) Pearson

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. LaVonia “Reeves” Pearson.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Macedonia Baptist Church, located at 600 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, Georgia 31206. Pastor Belvin Ware will deliver the Eulogy. Interment will follow at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 3969 Mercer University Drive, Macon, Georgia 31204.

Mrs. Pearson leaves to cherish her loving memories: a devoted husband, Marion Pearson; two daughters, Chaka Pearson (L.J. Jr.) Hardy, and Jessica Rivers; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three siblings, Geri (Reverend Leon) Ward, Richard Roosevelt (Neva) Reeves Jr, and Felicia (Sia) Masoudi; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and family friends.

Public viewing will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home located at 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
