Josephine (Pitts) Cornelius

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Josephine P. Cornelius.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 11:00AM at St. John Baptist Church located at 910 Key Street, Macon, Georgia 31204. Reverend Ralph M. Cherry will serve as the Eulogist. Interment Services will follow at Mt. Hope AME Church Cemetery located at 7215 Industrial Highway, Macon, Georgia 31216. 

Mrs. Cornelius leaves to cherish her loving memories: three children, Andy S. (Walter) Cornelius, Donald (Lisa) Cornelius and Brenda (David) Holloway; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and host of other relatives, and friends. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home located 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
