It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. John Joseph Mims. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home located at 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206. Pastor Harold Banks will serve as Eulogist. Interment to follow at Georgia Veterans Cemetery located at 2617 Vinson Hwy SE, Milledgeville, Georgia 31061. Mr. Mims leaves to cherish his memories his children, Tamekia (Andra) McDaniel, Quinton Mims, Latavia Johnson, Melinda Mims and Octavia Mims; sister, Dorothy Daniels and a host of other relatives and friends. Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
