Janice (Smith) Gaines

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Janice Gaines.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Roberta City Cemetery, 535 South Mathews Street, Roberta, Georgia 31078.  Apostle Thomas Chambliss, II, Pastor of the Divine Grace Full Gospel Church, will Officiate and deliver the Eulogy.

Mrs. Gaines leaves to cherish her loving memories: three children, Anthony Burnett, Alicia (Thomas, II) Chambliss, Corey (Shon) Gaines, nine grandchildren, Anthony (Latoya) Burnette, II, Christopher (Arielle) Burnette, Corey (Brionna) Gaines, Tiara Chambliss, Mia Chambliss, Thomas Chambliss, III, Amadi Gaines, Mikayla Burnette, and Tobi Gaines, six great grand-children, two brothers, Ronald (Beverly) Smith and Terry (Barbara) Smith, several loving stepchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Public viewing will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home located at 2550 Shurling Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211.
