It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of United States Army Veteran, Mr. James Herbert Brown, Jr.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:00AM in the Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home Chapel, located at 2550 Shurling Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211.  Interment will follow at the Cedar Ridge Cemetery, 111 Green Settlement Road, Gray, Georgia 31032.

Mr. Brown leaves to cherish his loving memories: a devoted wife, Angela Reeaves-Brown, five children, Kabrina (Vladimir) Dessources, Kensley Brown, Kabretta Brown, Vunteler Reeaves, and Shandreika Smith, ten grandchildren, Naziel Pounds, Madison Sellers, Byrce Thorpe, Braxton Thorpe, Myrah Reeaves, Zoey Thorpe, Maurese Reeaves, Labria Childs, Mia Sessources, and Nia Dessources, four brothers, Joel (Paula) Brown, Sr., Charles (Marilyn) Brown, Jackie (Betty) Brown, and Johnnie (Viletta) Brown, two sisters, Dorothy Brown and Angela Brown and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home, located at 2550 Shurling Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
