Gloria Laverne Griggs

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Gloria Laverne Griggs.  A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11:00AM at Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church located at 1180 Bartlett Street, Macon, Georgia 31204.  Pastor Rodney Lockett will serve as Eulogist and Pastor Ronald Toney as Officiant.  Interment to follow at Middle Georgia Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 3225 Joycliff Road, Macon, Georgia 31211.  Ms. Griggs leaves to cherish her loving memories to her sons, Anwar (Carisha) Hill Sr., and Jawara (Talaya) Ferguson Sr.; siblings, Benjamin (Janice) Griggs Jr., Mary Ann Griggs and Lisa (Angelo) Taylor; grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.  Public viewing will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
