Geraldine (Edwards) Brown

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Geraldine E. Brown.  A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 24, 2025 at 12:00PM at Union Baptist Church located at 1137 Kitchens Street, Macon, Georgia 31217.  Reverend David L. Stanley will serve as the Eulogist.  Interment to follow at the Middle Georgia Memorial Garden Cemetery located at 3225 Joycliff Road, Macon, Georgia 31211. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rance Brown; daughters, Lynette Oona Brown and Sharon Wesley; sister, Minnie Ruth Edwards Brown; brothers, Robert Edwards Jr., John Wesley Edwards, and Nathaniel Edwards; grandson, Walter Bernard Wesley Jr.

Mrs. Brown leaves to cherish her loving memories to her daughters, Vynette Jordan and Betty (Ronald) Woodard; five grandchildren, Lynisha (Marcus) McCord, Quincy Jordan, Jr., Betty Ann James, Carla (Corey) Jenkins, and Latanya Yvette (Travis Sr.) Brown; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sisters, Annie Clara (Ernest) Mercer, Nalene Edwards, and Mozelle (William) Gore, and a host of other relatives and friends.  Public viewing will be held Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home located at 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of arrangements.
