It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Frank Horne III. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 4,2023 at 11:00AM at Richard R Robinson Chapel located at 4000 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, GA 31088. Pastor Willie Pearman will serve as the Eulogist. Mr. Horne leaves to cherish his memories to his loving wife, Nicole Horne, children, Jasmine Jackson, Kiya Rozier, and Marion Horne; a loving mother Betty Horne and a host of other relatives and friends. Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
