Edra Buckles, Sr.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of United States Vietnam Veteran, Mr. Edra Buckles, Sr.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary of the Greater Word of Deliverance Ministries, Inc., located at 2111 US-41, Perry, Georgia  31069.  Burial will follow at The Lester Family Cemetery, located at 770 Georgia Highway 26, Elko, Georgia  31025.

Mr. Buckles leaves to cherish his loving memories a beloved wife, Clementine Buckles, five children, Frankie Lester, Greg (Tonza) Cherry, Cassandra Moses, Monica Buckles, Edra (Renee) Buckles, Jr., two sisters, Jurrell Buckles and Eddye Mae Martin, one brother Gerald (Michelle) Watkins, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.  Public viewing will be on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4000 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia  31088, has charge of the arrangements.
