Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Derrick "Lil Dee" Montez Edwards Jr.  A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 1PM in the chapel of Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home located at 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31206.  Minister Tia Glenn will officiate.  He leaves to cherish his precious memories, mother, Vicky Edwards; father, Derrick Edwards Sr.; daughter, Stonii Edwards; son, Montez Mays; sisters, Deanna Edwards, Derricka Brown and Kenyatta Chatfield; brother, DeShawn Edwards and a host of other relatives and friends. Public viewing will be held Friday, March 19, 2021 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Funeral Home.  The family is requesting everyone to wear a face mask and follow CDC guidelines.  Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
