It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Collie M. Horton Williams. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00AM at St. Peter's Missionary Baptist Church located at 1361 Fort Hill Street, Macon, Georgia 31217. The Rev. Willie Finney, Sr., Pastor will Officiate and serve as the Eulogist. Interment to follow at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens Cemetery located at 3225 Joycliff Road, Macon, Georgia 31211.
Mrs. Williams leaves to cherish her loving memories: three children, Walter (Dorothy) Horton, Jr., Sandy Glover, and Cheryl Horton Jackson, a bonus son, Anthony Williams, six grandchildren, Deaze Jackson, Trinisha Horton, Terry Horton, Artavia Simmons, Gary D. Wimberly, and Lauren Jackson, 15 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Alma Horton and Mary Houston, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00PM at 3275 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia.
