I was so impressed with Robinson's. The staff was so professional. The service was well put together. My aunt was so beautiful (RIP). At first, her sisters really struggled to go see her but once they did I could tell that they all relaxed a little and the memory that they thought they would have of "death" had left. Everyone was so kind a patient. The chapel was nice, the music was well thought out, the saxophonist played a beautiful song and everything was on time. My auntie was a perfectionist and I know she would have be very pleased with her service.

The staff and Mr. Robinson were always so kind and helpful, never pressuring me when I was not sure of what step I needed to take next. There was so much to do. They had great suggestions that made our memorial service personal for Russell and memorable to all the attendees. I felt so comfortable being there and talking with the staff. I am so thankful and grateful to them for their effort. Believe..... this is the place for your loved one.

In the mist of our most difficult time, we are not always able to express our gratitude to everyone for their acts of kindness. However, I am at a point where I can express our gratitude to you and your company. As we left our dear mother in the care of your company for our final goodbyes, it was a life changing experience for us. Death is certain just as life, but we weren't ready for the death of our mother so suddenly. Although the process was strenuous, your staff help to ease the stress of the situation.
I was impressed at the level of service that your staff delivered to my family. As I observe the different personas of your employees, they took ownership of their respective task and handled them with dignity. It is very important to meet the needs of the family with professional and prompt services. Although our family wasn't the only one in need of your services, your staff was kind, knowledge, patience.
