Richard Robinson

Owner and Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Richard R. Robinson was born and raised in Macon, Georgia.  Since he was eleven years old, he has dreamed of becoming a Funeral Director.  Richard studied Mortuary Science at Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia, receiving a degree in this field in May of 2015.  After serving his apprenticeship, Richard received his Funeral Director and Embalmer licenses from the State of Georgia. 

Richard has worked with several local funeral establishments.  He served as an apprentice at Jones Brothers Mortuary. He then went on to work as a Family Service Counselor at Macon Memorial Park and Snow's Memorial Chapel, both of which are owned by Service Corporation International.  Richard's most recent connection has been with locally owned Hart's Mortuary and Crematory as a Funeral Director and Embalmer. In his free time, Richard likes to spend time with his family and friends. He also likes playing with his two Great Danes, Dori and Bryson.

With a dedication for helping others, he opened Richard R. Robinson's Funeral Home and Cremation Services.  Richard is committed to quality service and strives to honor each family and their loved one.  He looks forward to meeting families in the Macon area and assisting them with questions and arrangements.
